What is your shipping policy?

All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary.

No packages are shipped out from our facility on week-ends. UPS packages will not be delivered to your destination on the week-ends regardless if faster shipping methods were chosen.

If you qualify for free shipping, we will ship your package via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Free shipping only applies to U.S. customers.

UPS Ground can take between 2-8 days depending on your location. Please consult our transit map below. Week-ends are not included, so your package may take 2 additional days.
How long will it take for my order to get here?

USPS Priority mail takes about 2 - 3 days for shipping transit. Please allow up to 24 hours before your shipment is processed (week-ends not included).

What is your return policy?

All Shipments are 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Items may be returned in new/unopened condition for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be received in resellable condition to be eligible for refund. Used items will not be credited. All returns must be received postage paid - no COD shipments accepted. We will gladly exchange any item that you are not happy with; shipping charges may apply depending on the condition. If there is a product defect or error on your order, we will fix the problem promptly.

How secure are my credit card transactions?

We run a digital certificate issued by Instant SSL (Comodo) to ensure that your payment information is kept confidential. When you provide us with payment information, it's done on a secure server using one of today's most advanced security systems based on Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology. Your information is encrypted prior to transmission, and is decrypted for processing on our end. In addition, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Color selections are considered a preference

When filling disc orders, weight is considered more important than color unless otherwise specified when checking out. We will contact you if we cannot fill your order within +/- 2g of the weight range selected (be sure to include your phone number when finalizing your order).

Color selections are considered a preference. We will try to get as close as possible, but please keep in mind that our stock is limited to what is currently available from the manufacturer. If there are special circumstances where certain colors are not acceptable (for example - someone that is color blind), please let us know in the comments section when checking out.
